Yesterday we took tons of pictures of Carter in celebration of him being nine months old. I was just too tired to post them last night, so here they are. You will notice that many of my pictures this time are of a turning, moving, playing little boy. Carter is always on the go and now does not have the time in his busy schedule for Mommy's photo shoots. Here are some more things to look for in the pictures below:- teeth, tons of them...Several of the pictures show good mouth shots. Carter currently has seven teeth, 3 on top and four on bottom. Most people we meet can't believe he has so many so soon. We lovingly call him our chomper. Bring on the steak!
- cheesy grins...Carter has now mastered his cheesy smile. He also can wave, give high-fives, wink (both eyes), clap, dance, and a whole variety of other party tricks.
- long eyelashes...One of the pictures shows his eyelashes in shadow. They are so long...Mommy is jealous.
- personality plus...Carter is now quite the little man...always laughing, joking, never sleeping, frequently drooling. Several of the pictures are of Carter trying to feed himself. He insists on doing this at every meal and yesterday he won. Despite the mess, he does a pretty good job. Even if I don't let him have the spoon, he wants to hold my hand and help.
The next month will hopefully see us playing in the snow. (We have the snowsuit and sled. We just need the white stuff)....walking (He is so close...walking around furniture and even letting go.)....saying Mama (my personal wish)...and enjoying our time together.
