Construction Central

OK, the title is a bit misleading. So far, we've only been painting, but it feels like a full construction crew has trampled through the house...drop cloths, brushes, rollers, and step stools...oh my.

We started with a blank canvas. As you can see from the first picture, the only thing in the room was a rocking chair.

Now we have all of the walls painted. The ceiling, wainscoting, chair rail, and trim will have to wait for another weekend. While our room will look quite a bit different with the wainscoting, the last picture is of the bedding set we've picked out.
