My mom's best friend, Aunt Bea, was there. She got to spend some time loving on Carter. He slept happily through most of the cook-out and didn't realize how many people got to cuddle with him.

Tim and Kara played a game with the kids. I'm not sure who won...seems like there was more running around than playing.

This is not the best picture of Riley because the sun was in his eyes, but he looks so old in this picture, so I wanted to post it as a reminder of how big our little man has gotten.
On Monday, we went to Brandon's mom's for a cook-out. Again, more great food and time spent with family.

Here's Carter with Aunt Nancy. She actually kicked us out of the house because Carter kept looking for us every time we talked...She wanted his undivided attention. ☺

Carter also got to spend time in his swing. Brandon and I are so fortunate that each house we visit is Carter ready. It is so nice to not have to drag a swing, pack-n-play, etc. with us everywhere we go.

Carter also got to spend some time cuddling with his Granny. What a lucky boy!
